We all see and hear about the conflicts and violence taking place in various parts of the world. Aggression is an integral part of human nature. And this phenomenon is abnormal. For me, this is nothing other than a phenomenon hidden on the dark side of the soul, which is worth analyzing and which must be fought.

But what's really behind it? What triggers destructive behavior?

There are many factors that can lead to aggression. One of them is social and economic inequality. Ideologies and religions also play an important role. Historical facts must also be borne in mind. But apart from the aforementioned, there is another, special reason. A sense of one's exclusivity grounded on economic, religious or historical factors. Such people believe that they have the right to do whatever they please!

But I'd like to emphasize that aggression is not the only way. It's important to strive for a peaceful and dialogical resolution of conflicts. Fostering patience, ethics, empathy and respect for others won't save us from all troubles, but it can help us create a more harmonious world.

Мы все видим и слышим о конфликтах и насилии, которые происходят в разных уголках планеты. Агрессия человека - неотъемлемая его часть. И явление ненормальное. Для меня это не что иное как феномен, спрятанный на тёмной стороне души, который стоит изучать и с которым необходимо бороться.

Но что на самом деле стоит за этим? Что является триггером к деструктивным действиям?

Существует множество факторов, которые могут вызывать агрессию. Один из них - социальные и экономические неравенства. Также важную роль играют идеологии и религии. Не стоит забывать и об исторических фактах. Но кроме перечисленного, есть ещё одна, особая причина. Это ощущение своей исключительности - по экономическому, религиозному или историческому признаку. Такие люди считают, что им можно всё!

Но я хочу подчеркнуть, что агрессия - не единственный путь. Важно стремиться к мирному и диалогическому решению конфликтов. Воспитание терпения, этики, эмпатии и уважения к окружающим не спасёт от всех бед, но сможет помочь нам создать более гармоничный мир.
